The prerequisite for understanding:
Ephesians 3:1 For this reason I, Paul, a prisoner for Christ Jesus on behalf of you Gentiles--

4 When you read this you can perceive my insight into the mystery of Christ,
Prerequisite-“read”
Result: “you can perceive”- 3539. noew noeo-mentally observe distinct from feeling or sensation
“Insight”: 4907. sunesiv sunesis,- a mental putting together-understanding
John 3:1 There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.
2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know (oida-eidw) that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him."
3 Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."
mentally perceive
No matter what our western minds would like to think, the diaglogue of the individuals in the Bible, and the writings are of Hebraic origin. They can’t be interpreted by western or greek thought.
